200g dark chocolate 70% or higher (dairy free if possible, however green and black will be fine)
200g goats butter
4 eggs 200g sugar
50 grams plain flour (Gluten Free)
50 gram ground almonds
Melt slowly together the butter and chocolate over a hob until rich and smooth.
Mixed the eggs and the sugar together for around 5 minutes with a electric whisk or until its light and look like old fashion custard.
Once you have got eggs and sugar mixed together – add the chocolate and butter into the mix folding in carefully as to not take the air out.
Then add and mix flour in, 50 grams plan flour (gluten free) 50 g ground almonds
Then pour into a dish or baking tray and cook at 180 degrees C for around 20-28 minutes or until the top has gone a bit crunchy and place a stick in to see if any mixture sticks Leave to cool then eat.
For extra niceness leave to cool and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
